The mission of our church bookstore is to provide a resource for Orthodox Christians and for anyone seeking information about the Orthodox Church. Our bookstore volunteers are open and approachable to answer questions and provide information about the Orthodox faith, especially for newcomers (inquirer’s). The bookstore helps educate our children, gives the adults an opportunity to learn more about their faith, and acts as a “welcome” sign to visitors. The selection of books and gift items provides a sampling of books, icons and gift items:
- Adult Books: Scripture, History, Lives of Saints, Spiritual Formation and Prayer
- Children’s Books and Activities: Prayer Cubes, Icon Coloring Books, Stories of Saints
- Newcomer resources: Introductory Books, Topical Pamphlets
- Pastoral Resources: Icons, Cards for Sick, Grief and Bereavement cards
- Cookbooks and Religious Customs: Making Prosforo, Ethnic & Lenten Recipes
- Home and Gift Items: Icons, Incense, Home Censor, Charcoal, Crosses, Prayer Ropes.
